In our experience children learn best when happy and relaxed so we use music, story-telling and creative games to incorporate the yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation into each session in a fun and accessible way.

Laura has practised Yoga for over ten years. She teaches a blend of Hatha Yoga, integrating Ashtanga and Vinyasa (flow) into her practice. Her practice developed through visiting Rishikesh in Northern India.
