Our one to one yoga classes give our instructors the chance to get to know clients more deeply, and for each person to have their session adjusted to their needs. Some customers of these classes appreciate that we can meet them at their office or private residence, whilst others prefer the convenience of being taught via Skype or other similar services.

Yoga Wellbeing group yoga classes allow people to enjoy high quality sessions at an affordable price, by splitting the cost of tuition between a number of people. All attendees of group yoga classes will also receive support materials that can be referred to outside of class.
