Unfortunately Tulip Yoga Studio has now closed, we have an alternative class you can attend at the Awareness Centre in Clapham on Monday and Wednesday Evenings.

calendar Tuesday clock 13:00 – 14:00
calendar Tuesday clock 18:30 – 19:45
calendar Thursday clock 13:00 – 14:00

We have two lunchtime and one evening drop in classes available at the Tulip Yoga Studio in Clapham. We chose this venue because Maggie the owner wants to create a community atmosphere there, that’s just the kind of friendly feeling we try to inject into all of our classes!  It’s not just the mood that’s right here though, there’s oodles of space to stretch.

Our yoga classes are open to all abilities and include dynamic stretches and as much relaxation as you want.

Details

The lunchtime classes last for 60 mins and are £10.

The evening class last for 1 hr and 15 mins and are £12.

Unwind and energize in a class that has you moving consciously through a variation of postures linking breath with movement. Transition from one pose to another in the smooth, easy vinyasa style releasing tension and flowing in the present moment. The instructions and sequences will be different at every class. Classes are inspiring and safe with attention to correct alignment, flowing movements and exploring the physical body and breath. Classes include a final relaxation. The varied backgrounds of our instructors inspire the creative sequencing of the class that will challenge your mind as well as your body.
