Whilst there are many benefits to be gained from attending group yoga classes, an ideal way for many people to learn yoga and develop their personal practice is through one to one sessions.
In Yoga Wellbeing one to one sessions, your needs will be discussed and assessed. From this an individual practice of postures and breathing will be developed and taught; one that is appropriate for you. Things to consider might include general health, flexibility, and life circumstances.
How would you like to tone your body and de-stress your mind in a relaxed and non-competitive environment?
Share the benefits of breath control, guided relaxation and yoga postures with like minded people. Yoga Wellbeing group yogas classes are designed to suit a wide range of age groups and fitness levels.
In our experience children learn best when happy and relaxed so we use music, story-telling and creative games to incorporate yoga poses (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama) and relaxation into each Yoga Wellbeing Kids Yoga Class.
